Week 7 update is here! I'm just 2 weeks out from Miami Pro, and simply can't wait. Current weight is 65.1kg.
My fat loss was a little slower in the last few weeks, and had to change my macros with training again. I was training 6 days in a row last week, twice a day, with cardio most days too. Macros were 160g protein / 100 fat and minimal carbs, apart from 40g of carbs on back days and leg days. Having a check up with my coach tomorrow again, and fingers crossed everything is looking on track to him!
