Current weight 67kg, which is 1.6kg lower than my starting weight (see week 1 update).
Current macros are 200g protein, 70g fat and minimal carbs. Well really it's 0 carbs assigned by my coach Nash Jocic, but they do accumulate to 30g from vegetables and dairy.
These macros are new. They've been assigned to me only 48 hours ago and I've definitely felt the switch. Feeling fatigued and unenthusiastic about everything, taking naps - overall lower energy.
However right this moment - 7pm, I'm feeling that my powers are starting to return. This is a typical example of how your body and mind react to a new diet, especially to lower carbs. I remember this exact state last year when I was doing my first prep - every time my coach has adjusted my macros, I felt it for the first 2-3 days and got back to normal.
In terms of training, I'm not doing cardio but giving my all to higher reps (15-20) and training 6 days a week. Sometimes twice a day.
