2018 is the first bikini prep where I've been very consistent with my supplements. In the previous 2 years of competing, I've stuck to the same list of vitamins but I haven't implemented any others apart from protein powder or occasional BCAAs.
Below are this prep's staples. Some were recommended by my coach, some I take on a regular basis. They all work well with my body, give me zero breakouts or skin reactions, they don't give me any digestive issues or bloating.
