Fat loss isn’t permanent. Ouch. That doesn’t feel good.
Fat gain isn’t permanent neither. Feels better?
At any given moment our bodies are gaining fat or burning fat. Or both at the same time. This is just a fact of life. Body fat is measured in calories. Too many calories = we store the fat, too little = we lose it.
We will be constantly changing within our human form. It’s a blessing and a curse.
So just accept the fact that you won’t be the same weight and body % during your whole life. Breathe and live. And whenever you’re feeling too skinny or too chunky in your own skin, take baby steps and adjust your lifestyle. You’re in control x
