Hello, prep again... Even though I still haven't decided whether to compete in Miami Pro this March, I've started the cutting process for a photoshoot in March. Around 9-10 weeks to go!
Mission for this week - find out what macros are maintaining my current weight. This is quite last minute, but this week I've been strict with counting macros with MyFitnessPal and following 200g Protein, 100g Carbs, 100g Fat. Very much hoping that I'll be dropping some water weight and see a lower number on scale next week.
Right now I weigh 68.6kg and I was around 61kg on stage last June... Let's hope there is some muscle gain in that body of mine...
Physique update above. Not flexing anything, just standing straight. Really the most unflattering photograph of my body but this is just how it looks relaxed! Took a moment to accept and be okay with sharing it on my Instagram too, as it's the first ever photo of its kind I've ever done. Hopefully will help with some realistic expectations on how fitness bikini girls are looking like during the off season.
